  • Project Information: Details regarding the services you are looking for (e.g., Web & Mobile Development, AI & Business Automation, Blockchain & Smart Contracts, Custom) and specific project details you choose to share.
  • Guest Information: If you add guests to your meeting invitation, we collect their email addresses. (Note: By providing third-party guest email addresses, you warrant that you have their consent to share their information with us for the purpose of the meeting).
  • Usage Data: Automatically collected information about how you interact with our Website (see Section 8 on Cookies).

4. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal information strictly for the following purposes:

  • To schedule, manage, and facilitate online or in-person meetings with you.
  • To understand your project needs prior to the meeting so we can provide tailored software development services.

5. Sharing Information with Third Parties (Operators)

While our calendar system (Cal.com) is self-hosted on our own subdomain, we utilize secure, industry-standard third-party infrastructure to host our platforms and process communications. Under POPIA, these third parties act as "Operators" and are bound by strict confidentiality and security obligations. We share data with:

  • Vercel: Used to host our Cal.com infrastructure.
  • Google Workspace: Used for processing our email communications, calendar events, and hosting video meetings (Google Meet).
  • Google Analytics: Used to analyze aggregated website traffic.

We do not authorize these Operators to use your personal information for their own independent marketing or commercial purposes.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy—specifically, for ongoing and future business communication regarding our services.

Because we engage in long-term B2B relationships, we may keep your contact information indefinitely for communication purposes, provided that you always retain the right to request the deletion or de-identification of your data at any time (see Section 10).

7. Security of Your Information

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to secure your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, destruction, or alteration. Data submitted through our Website and booking portal is encrypted in transit using SSL/TLS technology, and our third-party infrastructure providers (Vercel, Google) utilize enterprise-grade security protocols.

Our Website uses Google Analytics to help us understand how visitors interact with our site. Google Analytics uses "cookies" (small text files placed on your device) to collect standard internet log information and visitor behavior information in an anonymous form.
